Folks, save some space on your shelves as another otome video game is releasing in 2021. Koei Tecmo’s Ruby Party announced the latest otome dating game in their Neoromance brand. And it is the newest title in the long-running Angelique series. So, if you have waited to finally play this series on Nintendo’s modern console, your wait is almost over!

Introducing, Angelique Luminarise.

Ruby Party confirmed that Angelique Luminarise will launch on the Nintendo Switch in Japan on May 20, 2021. Players can choose between the Standard and Limited Edition of the game.

History

Angelique Luminarise was first announced during the series’ 25th anniversary at Tokyo Game Show 2019. The first title in the series was launched on September 23, 1994 for the Super Famicom. It was followed by a Game Boy Advance version on March 21, 2003. Due to its popularity, the game received several enhanced versions and installments.

Now, the new Angelique title can now be played on Nintendo’s modern console by both old and new fans alike.
