Publisher Merge Games has revealed the release date of the console version of Cloudpunk for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and Xbox One. 

In addition, the publisher also dropped a console release date trailer that features an extended preview on the game’s console version and the most awaited release date on the end part. Watch it below!

Get ready as Cloudpunk arrives on your favorite console this October 15. More so, the game will be released digitally and physically on October 15.

Dive into the story of this open-world game as the game publisher Merge Games will bring the Ion Lands developed video game Cloudpunk for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.

This game was first launched for PC via Steam on April 23. So, it’s time for the console users to celebrate as this story-based exploration game is coming this year. However, no exact release date has been revealed as of now. So, kindly wait for this official announcement from the game publisher and the game developer.

Your name is Rania. This is your first night working for Cloudpunk, the semi-legal delivery company based in the sprawling city of Nivalis. You go everywhere, from the Marrow below to the spires that pierce the grey clouds high above before scraping the edge of the troposphere. No delivery job is too dangerous, and no one is faster than a Cloudpunk driver.

In this story-based exploration game, you will meet a diverse range of characters including androids, AI, and unscrupulous humans at every level of society. Everyone has a story, and in the course of one night in Nivalis, everything will change.

Game Overview

This game brings you to the Shimane prefecture wherein this is also the location of the Root Letter game. You’ll soon discover that you are in the deep thrilling murder story. Root Film is all about a TV series entitled Shimane Mystery Drama Project. This TV series was canceled for an unknown reason 10 years ago. Now, they want to bring back the project with the three teams with the director and an actress booked as a part of the cast. The main protagonist named Rintaro Yagumo, a 23-year old man doesn’t expect that his excitement will turn into terrors as a shocking crime happened in their location scouting process. Follow him and the rest of the characters of Root Film to find the truth behind this murder incident.

Root Film is written by Hifumi Kouno and the characters are designed by Taro Mino. Along with Rintaro Yagumo, there’s also another protagonist named Riho.
