Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris PS4 & XONE – US and JP Bandai Namco has announced that Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris is no longer launching on its scheduled release on May 21st in Japan and on May 22nd in the west. Check out the game’s executive producer’s message below! "We have been working hard on SWORD ART ONLINE: ALICIZATION LYCORIS for our fans who are looking forward to the next SWORD ART ONLINE title," said Yosuke Futami, executive producer. "Due to the ongoing world events, we have made the difficult decision to move the release date of SWORD ART ONLINE: ALICIZATION LYCORISto July 10th, 2020. We believe that this is the best way to ensure that our fans are delivered with the bestSWORD ART ONLINE: ALICIZATION LYCORIS experience." Yes, you read it right, SAO fans you need to wait a little more before SAO: Alicization Lycoris launches on Xbox One and PS4 consoles. The game arrives in Japan on July 9 and on the West on July 10. Make sure to mark the new release dates on your calendars! In addition, Bandai Namco also posted the new release date with a short clip teaser on their Twitter account.

It was revealed by Bandai Namco. The new footage lasted for over eleven minutes and showcased the intense four-party battle of the game. This marks the ending of the jailbreak RPG series which first introduced in Mary Skelter, Mary Skelter: Nightmares and Mary Skelter 2. Not only that, but they also meet the Genocide Pink with thousands of dead bodies around. Take on the finale of this dungeon crawler level with the six protagonists!
