Resident Evil 3 Remake: 13 Minutes of Gameplay Footage With Jill Valentine

While we are all waiting for Resident Evil 3 Remake to finally land on PS4, Xbox One and PC on April 3rd, let’s enjoy for now its latest gameplay footage. As seen on the Japanese streaming program of the latest episode of Capcom TV, Resident Evil 3 Remake’s new gameplay footage is as exciting as it looks.
Step into the shoes of the game’s main protagonist, Jill Valentine for 13 minutes as she braves the zombie-infested streets of Raccoon City. We can see in the video that Jill is busy roaming around the dark City consumed by hordes of living dead with an extra dose of her precautionary self. As the footage progresses, the battle with the zombies begin.
It is worth noting that two of the key features showed in the footage are exploding barrels and quick-step dodging with a slow-motion effect. It is worth noting that one of the most ammo-efficient ways to deal with the legion of zombies is, of course, exploding barrels. You can take a good look at this feature at 47:18 part of the video. Meanwhile, the quick dodge allows you to put space between you and foes which can be seen at the 49:42 part of the video. Plus, if you scored doing it at the perfect timing, you’ll be rewarded with a slow-motion window to shoot your counterblow.

You know, Pokémon, Dragon Quest, and Shiren the Wanderer are very different games, but they have a couple of points in common:
- All of them are hugely beloved worldwide
- They've appeared in the Mystery Dungeon series
Created by the game designer Koichi Nakamura (Dragon Quest, 428: Shibuya Scramble); Mystery Dungeon is composed of 30 titles that place the greatest characters in video games & anime industries in fantastic worlds formed primarily by wide, complex dungeons.
The first Mystery Dungeon's game was Torneko no Daibōken: Fushigi no Dungeon for Super Famicom. Starring the happy wandering merchant Torneko Taloon; he ventures in dark 'n' dangerous dungeons filled with monsters and treasure chests to find the most precious items to sell. This Dragon Quest's spin-off has been included in the Famitsu's top 100 games of all-time list, and despite it has been released only in Japan; it earned a lot of fans all around the world.
Due to the incredible success; Chunsoft developed many other Mystery Dungeon's games in which heroes like the rōnin Shiren, the kweeky Chocobo, the electric rodent Pikachu & the hi-tech iconic MS Gundam lived exciting exploration side-adventures.
Despite them, only Pokémon could give a huge boost to the popularity of this series; started in 2005 with Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team & Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team for Game Boy Advance and Nintendo DS, the story begins on a strange day when the player is suddenly turned into a Pocket Monster. Without any memory of the previous life; to solve the mystery behind the transformation he joins the forces with other Pokétto Monsters traveling in a world devastated by natural disasters.
Encouraging team play, both titles featured cool dungeon crawler mechanics, hundreds of monsters, and thousands of surprises; after them, other episodes have appeared on Nintendo Wii, and Nintendo 3DS, now it's the turn of Nintendo Switch thanks to the new Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX!
Determine who you want to be in this epic quest choosing between the greatest 16 monsters ever (Pikachu, Eevee, Bulbasaur, Mudkip, Charmander, Meowth, Chikorita, Cubone, Cyndaquil, Machop, Psyduck, Skitty, Squirtle, Torchic, Totodile, and Treecko). Once you did it, you'll be ready to embark on a mission throughout the randomly generated always changing underground labyrinths; where you will be called to fight strategically to increase your reputation.
