| Borderlands 3: Two Games Mode Revealed at Gamescom 2019 Posted: 20 Aug 2019 02:03 AM PDT Borderlands 3 PlayStation 4 & Xbox One – US, EU, AU, JAPAN & ASIA Now that Gamescom 2019 kicks off today, a lot of new pieces of information were released from various game developers and game publishers in the biggest gaming expo in Europe. One of the games that exciting new information is Borderlands 3 from 2K Games and Gearbox Software. During the on-stage conversation at the Gamescom 2019 Opening Night Live show, Gearbox and 2K have released the two new game modes for Borderlands 3. These two new game modes are Proving Grounds and Circle of Slaughter. Check out the full details below via the official website. If you're the type of Vault Hunter who loves a challenge, Borderlands 3 lets you test your skills to score some top-tier loot in the crucibles of the all-new Proving Grounds and the returning Circle of Slaughter arenas. Gearbox creative director Paul Sage announced these Borderlands 3 features in conversation with Geoff Keighley during Gamescom's Opening Night Live show in Cologne, Germany, revealing how these rewarding and highly replayable missions work. Throughout Borderlands 3's journey across the solar system, you'll find Circle of Slaughter arenas sponsored by the combustion-obsessed weapons manufacturers at Torgue. Once you've signed up for a Circle of Slaughter, it's do or die; if you're downed and no one's around to revive you, your run is officially over and you can say goodbye to a big payout. You'll be up against an army of enemies who attack in droves across five rounds with multiple waves each, blasting everything that moves until no bandit, 'bot, or hostile beast is left standing. All the while, your delicate ears will be graced by the expletive-filled hollering of Mister Torgue himself, who provides some extremely colorful commentary and doesn't tolerate failure. If you're hoping to impress Mister Torgue and his impossibly massive pecs, you can show off some flair by completing bonus objectives like racking up kills via melee attacks, ground slams, or—if you really want to pander to your target audience—grenades. EXPLOSIONS! Later in the campaign, you may be worthy of taking part in the Proving Grounds: themed gauntlets guarded by an Eridian known as the Overseer who wishes to test your mettle on behalf of the mysterious "Masters." Proving Grounds are races against the clock, tasking you with blitzing your way through three areas filled with baddies and beating a boss in 30 minutes or less. If you complete your chosen Trial quickly and efficiently you'll earn better bounties, and for even greater rewards you can complete bonus objectives like beating the Proving Grounds without dying, completing it with a certain amount of time remaining, or managing to find and eliminate an elusive Fallen Guardian who roams the area. The chest that awaits at the end of the Proving Grounds always contains valuable loot, but you'll need to display true mastery if you want the best rewards. If you're attending Gamescom in person, we've got a Borderlands 3 playable demo for you featuring FL4K the Beastmaster for the first time alongside Amara the Siren, Moze the Gunner, and Zane the Operative. When Borderlands 3 launches on September 13, the Proving Grounds and Circle of Slaughter challenges will be waiting if you believe you're worthy and want the premium loot to prove it. PS: Thanks, Gematsu! The original shooter-looter returns to the video game industry. With the upcoming game, it will load some bazillion guns and all-new mayhem adventure. Load your guns as you blast through the new worlds and fight the enemies as one of the four brand new Vault Hunters. These hunters include Amara the Siren, Moze the Bot Jock, Zane the Operative, and Fl4k the Beastmaster. All of them are the badass hunters of Borderlands with unique abilities. Play alone or with your friends to battle against the enemies and collect loots as you save the planet against the cult leaders of the galaxy. | Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution for NS – Let’s duel! Posted: 19 Aug 2019 10:13 PM PDT Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution Nintendo Switch Ι Genre: Card Battle Game 遊☆戯☆王 or Yu-Gi-Oh! as it is much renowned worldwide is since the mid-90s one of the most popular series around. Formed by the terms Yūgi (game) & Oh (king); its title translation means “king of the game”, in addition, Yūgi is also the name of the protagonist. So we have a couple of possible translations: king of games or king Yugi! The birth of this phenomenon is due to Kazuki Takahashi, a Japanese mangaka who has published it on the hugely popular Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine. Initially intended as a horror manga series; in just a few months Yu-Gi-Oh! Turned into a card-battle series, and thanks to this brilliant intuition; it became one of the most beloved IPs ever. YūgiMutō is a clever loner teenager which favorite hobby is to play difficult puzzles; one day he solved an ancient Egyptian game known as Millenium Puzzle, and due to this, he evokes the puzzle’s soul, a long-forgotten spirit called Antem. Hungry for even more challenges; Yūgi starts to compete in a large number of Battle Card Tournament to show everyone his ability, and above all, make new friends. A new kind of hero is born, and thanks to his unbeatable play-style he can also solve even the most complex & troubling situations a boy can face. Other than the manga series; Yu-Gi-Oh! acquired more popularity through the nine anime series, and the legendary trading card game. Launched in 1999 by Konami; this multi-billion sold game (is estimated that more than 25 billion cards have been sold until today) entered in the 2009’s Guinness World Records as the top-selling trading card game ever released. There are three kinds of cards: Monster, Spell & Trap; each of them can be used to summon creatures or items that if well linked together can give the player to the opportunity to smash the opponent in no time. With over than 9000 playable cards, everyone can create the dream-deck without efforts, but obviously there are cards which are rarer and more powerful than others. Especially if you want to outperform any other competitors, you should get these three cards: the mighty Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon, the apocalyptic Dark End Dragon, and the quite difficult to use but extremely powerful Diablosis The Mind Hacker. But that’s not all, indeed every month the Japanese magazine V-Jump release an exclusive card that can turn the tables in a very unexpected way. Luckily if you haven’t enough space to store all the physical cards; once again Konami comes to our help with Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution for Nintendo Switch! Featuring 20 years of incredible battles, more than 9000 digital cards, and over 140 legendary duelists; Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution for Nintendo Switch marks the last frontier of the card-battle genre. Build your deck, and battle the grandmasters in the world of card dueling; developed to offers the greatest experience ever, in this game both beginners & veterans can do their part to be crowned as the one and only king of the game! Combining card fighting with RPG elements; in this all-new Yu-Gi-Oh! game for Nintendo Switch you will have the unique opportunity to turn the tide of the most exciting duels from the first Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series to the latest Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS! spin-off. Face the most dangerous duelists in burning intense fights; you must rely on your brain to build the perfect deck, and make quick decisions.
