Rune Factory 5 Battle System & Townspeople Details & Screenshots Posted: 17 Mar 2021 10:30 PM PDT Rune Factory 5 Nintendo Switch – JAPAN  Marvelous has released a new bunch of screenshots and details for their upcoming RPG Rune Factory 5. Some of the new details revealed were the game’s battle system and an introduction to some townspeople. Check it below! Weapons In Rune Factory 5, there are 8 weapon types with unique characteristics. Also, by consistently using the same weapon type, you can improve your skills, attacks, and more! One-Handed Sword With stable performance, you can attack without losing your guard. Two-Handed Sword A weapon with high attack power and wide reach. Dual Swords A weapon that allows for quick, continuous attacks. Spear A weapon with a long reach that allows for distanced attacks. Axe A weapon with a high single-blow critical rate. Hammer A weapon with high attack power and a stun attack. Fists A weapon that allows for quick attacks that send enemies flying. Staff A weapon that allows for a variety of attribute magic, charge attacks, and more. Rune Abilities These are special attacks and recovery abilities that cost RP (Rune Points). Also, you can switch between your Rune Abilities at any time.  Seed Circle It is an item that members of Seed can use to hold a monster or make them your ally for the meantime. Adventure With Friends Challenge the townspeople and monsters you befriended in a battle. And just like the protagonist, they can also level up through battles! He has a desire to create a new type of bread. YUKI CV: Naoko Watanabe She runs a bakery with her husband Randolph. She possesses an innocent personality. HEINZ CV: Takumo Miyazono A man who runs a shop but assigns someone on his behalf so he can have fun. In addition, he never looks people in the eyes. DOUG CV: Hirofumi Nojima He is a Dwarven blacksmith who always treats customers with sincerity.  PALMO CRASI VIVIAGE CV: Takahiro Fujimoto A famous architect whose voice can be heard from the royal palace to the regions beyond the sea.
