One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 PS4 , XONE, & SW – North America On the latest issue of Weekly Jump Magazine, One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 confirmed another playable character that we should all look forward to in the game. Check out the magazine scan below! 
The magazine introduces Charlotte Katakuri as the newest playable character in the upcoming game. He is an extremely tall, large and muscular guy with short spiky crimson hair and two symmetric scars on both sides of his face. He has long legs and his thighs are equally long as his lower limbs. His mouth, which is usually covered up, contains extremely pelican eel-like sharp teeth and is capable of expanding to an enormous size. He wears a massive light ragged scarf that covers his mouth and reaches his shoulders. Charlotte Katakuri now joins the roster of playable characters including Carrot and the past playable characters from the previous games of One Piece: Pirate Warriors. The game is due out next year and pre-order is now available here at Playasia.
In case you missed it… During Bandai Namco's "Play Anime" panel at Anime Expo 2019, Bandai Namco, Koei Tecmo, and Omega Force revealed the newest installment in the One Piece: Pirate Warriors series, One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4. It is an action-adventure game based on the classic Shonen Jump series, One Piece, that will be released in 2020. The latest installment is currently in development for PC, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One. The announcement was accompanied by a debut trailer which can be seen below. Character Background Basara first appeared on Samurai Shodown III as a yurei or also known as a ghost in the Japanese folklore. Basara is a young man living peacefully with his lover, Kagaribi. Until one day, the demonic swordsman Zankuro wreaked havoc on their entire village. His village has been clothed with the drastic death of his people. Unfortunately, one of those is his beloved, Kagaribi. But, the dark background of Basara gets even more perplexing as soon as we found out that he actually took his own lover’s life.
